We have been doing our usual grocery rounds a few days back and of course, our grocery list will not be complete with our trusty ole pal, bread, specially Monde Bread. As we went for our go-to loaves, Monde Milk Bread, Monde Fluffy Bread, and Monde Wheat Bread, we have decided to do something fun and yummy for you guys for the nth time because we sure love not only eating with our loved ones, but also cooking for our dear friends and family.

That said, are you tired of the rather boring sandwiches you have been eating every waking day of your life? Want to maybe dazzle up your sandwich game but you have no idea what to put in it or how to actually do it? Well, aren’t you in luck today? Congratulations! There is no need for you to worry about all that anymore! With our love for sandwiches and our goal to give you some delicious sandwich options that would make your day more exciting, here we are, together with Monde, giving you what you exactly need!

Today, we made not one, not two, but three sandwich options that you could easily recreate and delight in in no time! These sandwiches we have for you are actually a level-up of the classics that you probably are familiar with, but of course, since we used Monde Breads in making them, these sandwiches we prepared for you are no doubt extra fluffy and delicious, or dare we say #fluffylicious!

Let’s start with a crowd favorite, the Ham and Cheese Sandwich. With Monde Milk Bread and extra love from us, we turned that into a Fried Ham and Cheese Sandwich. Don’t get ahead of yourselves, we did not only just straight up put some ham and egg in between loaves, but rather we put a little more effort in by actually removing the crust, spreading mayonnaise on the loaves, adding shredded mozzarella cheese, and finally placing ham on each. After that, we made sure to compress each sandwich layer carefully, dip them into a beaten mixture of egg, salt, and milk, and then fry them.

Following that is a play on burger, but of course in sandwich form! Our Patty Melt can be achieved by sauteing onions, salt, pepper, and garlic powder altogether, frying loaves of Monde Whole Wheat Bread and thick burger patties; and then topping those patties with the sauteed onions and cheese. After that, start to assemble the sandwich by spreading thousand island on the loaves and then adding the patties that are topped with the onions and melted cheese.

Last but definitely not the least is the Cheesy Corned Beef Sandwich which is actually a favorite of ours since we absolutely love corned beef! With this one we used Monde Fluffy Bread. We started by first cooking scrambled eggs. After that, we sauteed onions and then added corned beef, salt, and ground black pepper into the pan to cook them altogether. Next is to spread mayonnaise on the loaves, layer that with cheese, add some corned beef and scrambled eggs.
