They are, afterall, dubbed as Makati’s best kept restaurant secret that is serving almost everyone’s best-loved Pinoy nomnoms.

That being said, let’s stop talking about the place and without shame, go dig into their food, shall we? In the hopes to not easily go full, let’s start with a few of their appetizers such as S! Cowboy Sisig (Php 289) which is a play on cow and baboy, done the traditional way of braising, grilling, and finally sautéing the beef and pork meats to achieve that much-loved sisig perfection! Other appetizers to watch for are their Shrimp and Pork Tortang Talong (Php 259) which is a serving of yummy minced pork and bits of shrimp mixed into eggplant omelette, and their Batchoy (Php 269) which is traditionally prepared as well as inspired from Iloilo – where else?
