Their Ceviche (Php 310) which is an appetizer is a chef’s recommendation made with mackerel, onions, tomatoes, chili finger, and white vinegar, served with sweet potato chips. Another bestselling starter we had with them was their hefty serving and gorgeously plated Caesar Salad (Php 375) that is a great vegetarian option that is of mixed greens, grilled chicken, mustard miso, carrots, cucumber, spring onions, jicama, wasabi soy, and spicy miso.
After those, we had a moment with a few of their handheld treats such as their Skydeck Burger (Php 485) which is of brie cheese, truffle cream, lollo rosso red, sweet pickle, and bacon, with tomato salad, and the Skydeck Royal (Php 545) which is their bestselling pizza dish that is of pepperoni, shrimp, bacon, Hungarian sausage, sun-dried tomato, green bell pepper, olives, white onions, mozzarella, cheddar, and ham & pineapple.
From starters to easy eats, we now move onto Scape Skydeck’s main courses. First on our list is actually a fave of ours and that is none other than their Peppered Chops (Php 485) that is a bestseller served with sweet corn mash, red bell pepper coulis, onion sauce, and pea puree.
Next to that was their Pan-Seared Salmon (Php 515) which is another bestseller and is of crispy skin salmon, beurre blanc, truffle mashed potato, and chimichurri rub, and their Roast Chicken (Php 420) which comes with curry rice, chili chutney, espetada sauce, and coleslaw on the side.
And of course, for a lovely sweet escape with Scape Skydeck, we had two of their desserts which are the Ube Crème Decadence (Php 245) that is of ube sponge layered with ube paste, white chocolate butter cream, and chocolate ganache as well as our favorite, their Vanilla Panna Cotta (Php 350) that is topped with strawberry mousse and served in a sugar spun!
To make our Scape Skydeck even more fun and delicious than it already is, we had three of their Signature Drinks that really elevated this wonderful experience. You better try out their Piersica (Php 180), their Vampire Kiss (Php 220), and their Guavarita which is great for four people.
