The Holiday Season is undeniably fast approaching and here we are attending intimate gatherings hosted by our dear friends left and right. That said, we surely have attended a number of Tree Lighting events lately and what can we say, they were honestly all so beautiful and magnificent. Indeed, our Christmas Spirit lit up more and more, especially when we got to attend the unforgettable musical soiree that was hosted by Sheraton Manila Hotel.
Sheraton Manila Hotel’s tree lighting event was actually a part of Marriott Philippines’ market-wide tree and lantern lighting activity creatively dubbed as Paskonstelasyon: The Marriott Bonvoy Constellation of Holiday Celebrations. This unique and tongue-twisting term is actually a combination of the words Pasko or Christmas, and Konstelasyon or Constellation, which means a group of stars forming a recognizable pattern. Marriott Philippines went with Paskonstelasyon for this year’s Holiday theme so as to symbolize their growing presence around the country while still being interconnected with the same heart for the festive season which is also strengthened by its unifying travel program, Marriott Bonvoy.
As much as we wanted to experience all of the tree lighting events hosted by Marriott Philippines, we were only able to attend Sheraton Manila’s as we are currently here in the Metro; and let us tell you—it was magical! Sheraton Manila certainly made our Friday night even brighter as soon as they lit up their gorgeous Christmas Tree!
The hotel’s décor which symbolizes life as well as abundance was inspired by local materials Abaca and Anahaw were embellished with gold and green trinkets; and all these truly created the festive atmosphere. Right after lighting their Tree as well as The Soiree Star, we were serenaded with Marriott’s official holiday theme “Moments with You” by such amazing performers. Undeniably, their performance was absolutely endearing!
After making us fall in love with music, we were directed to S Kitchen for a feast perfect this Holiday Season, all prepared and cooked by the excellent team of Executive Chef Kiko Santiago. While eating, we were then again treated to a one-of-a-kind Soiree: The Musical Gathering.
Sheraton Manila really made us feel more than welcome and special with this lovely musical gathering which actually is a part of their Soiree series that highlights the hotel as a premiere gathering place here in the Metro. On top of that, we were also given special gifts from Perfume Dessert, alongside some scented candles from their very own memorabilia store.
