If you want a food adventure and you are in Makati, then you definitely should check out Top of the Glo at Glorietta 2, because that one is just packed with a ton of dining options that are of different cuisines. Travel around the globe by just roaming around Top of the Glo and eating your heart out – that’s basically all you got to do and you could start with something that has been a comfort food of many and probably even you: Fil-Mex. Many Fil-Mex restaurants have been popping here and there, but Silantro may be one to have your bells ringing.

Started with just a few classic Mexican offerings, Silantro Fil-Mex Cantina surely has expanded into so much more as they have just recently added salads and even soups on their menu and even quite a few drinks, too. Not only did they have added more offerings to their diners, but also they have upgraded their look into something more casual and breezy, to complement on that much-loved laidback feel that anyone in the middle of this city buzz is actually craving for.

Talking about craving, Silantro Fil-Mex Cantina has a bunch of crave-worthy appetizers that you just won’t be able to say pass to such as their Beef Nachos (Php 200) that really is overloaded and cheesy and comes with silantro spice, garlic yogurt, and guacamole for dips.

Aside from that, their Lucha Tacos (Ligero – Single Choice of Meat: Carnitas Php 85 | Medio – Double Choice of Meat: Beef & Chicken Php 105) which you could go for lengua, lamb, beef, chicken, & carnitas is a must-try!

Going for classics is also not a crime, so don’t hesitate taking a huge bite into either their Cheese Quesadilla (Php 175) which super duper cheesy with fries on top alongside béchamel, cheddar, and mushrooms; as well as their Beef & Lengua Burrito (Php 200) which is a huge surprise that can even be shared.

For something new, Silantro Fil-Mex Cantina now has Chipotle Salad (Php 165) which you can add Grilled Chicken (Php 65) on; and don’t forget about their oh-so-tasty Mushroom Soup (Php 85) because this one will give you a smooth munch time like no other.

If you think that is all you could get at Silantro Fil-Mex Cantina, then you better rethink all your thoughts, because, boy, you are totally wrong! All those are just appetizers, so get ready for their mains, because you sure will love indulging in their Paella Fajita (Php 280), Mexican Rib-eye (250grams Php 685 | 450grams Php 850) with gravy, as well as Grilled Porkchop (Php 240) which you could get with lucha rice.

And to easily gobble and devour all those down, Silanto Fil-Mex Cantina has some delectable drinks you would love to pair with their savories. Sip your night with Silantro’s Horchata (Php 90) or Mexican Sangria (Php 185) if you want something with a tad bit of kick.

However, if you want to just have some refreshments, their Passion-Pineapple Shake (Php 125), Watermelon, as well as House Blend Iced Tea are all yum and goods, too!
Silantro Fil-Mex Cantina really have made some noise for the past years and that noise has never died down ever since as they don’t only offer yummy goodies, but affordable ones as well that won’t burn a hole in your pocket at all. Better dine with them if you haven’t because they will be releasing even more surprise this year – from what we heard!
