Ingredients:
 1 kg chicken
 ½ kg tamarind, soft boiled, mashed and juiced
 1 onion, chopped
 5 cloves of garlic, chopped
 2 tbsp ginger, sliced
 4 green chilies, sliced
 1 stalk of scallion, sliced
 ¼ kg mustasa leaves
 3 tbsp fish sauce
 ½ tbsp salt
 ½ tsp black pepper
 5 cups water
 cooking oil

Directions:

Saute' garlic, onion, and ginger. Then, add chicken and mix well.

Add salt, black pepper and water. Bring it to boil for 20-30 minutes then mix.

Add tamarind juice, fish sauce and then bring to a boil again.

Add mustasa leaves, green chilies, and scallions.

Serve hot in a bowl and enjoy!
