Nestlé All-Purpose Cream is a well-known prpduct among Filipino households. We are quite sure that you have seen this in your kitchen at least even once in your life as this product can be used in tons of Filipino dishes and delicacies, especially desserts. This one makes any dish creamier, fuller, richer, and more flavorful, so here we are trying it out on one of our favorite Pinoy snacks which is Biko.
If you are not familiar with Biko, where were you all these years? Just kidding! As we have mentioned, Biko is popular among Filipinos. This treat is of sweet glutinous rice and is often served as a dessert during special occassions like fiestas, reunions, and such. With that, we just really wanted to make it a little different, hence we used Nestlé All-Purpose Cream.

To find out how we did it, here is our recipe video on it.
