No need to yell. We heard you. You want more Spam dishes so here we are giving that to you! And no, we are not yelling too, we are just excited to share what we have for you today which is none other than Spam Fried Rice.

We don’t know about you guys but rice is a must on our table. We feel like our meal is incomplete if there is no rice on the side. As that is the case, we sometimes end up having more rice than what we could take, especially in the night when all we want to do is rest already; but that’s okay because that leftover rice is not going to waste. There is still tomorrow anyway and with that we mean we could always have fried rice in the morning which you guys know we have always been a fan of!

We love fried rice. We love having heavy breakfast to start our day with. “Why?”, you ask. Well, it is because it does not only keep us full but also it gives us the energy and the drive that we need to go about our day. We are busy people, believe it or not. We got lists to check and tasks to finish, so a satisfying breakfast is what we usually go for, particularly on days that we know are going to be hectic.

As we are busy people, we are also in a rush most days, hence our need and our preference for a quick and easy food choice. A convenient one to whip up in the kitchen, if you must say. A convenient one but of course a delicious one still! We don’t like compromising the taste of our food just because we need something on the table quick after all. With that, Spam has always been one of our dependable goods because it checks all our boxes,

If you still don’t see where this is going – we decided to make Spam Fried Rice today because it is of two of our go-tos. It is basically made with Spam and Fried Rice, but of course, since we are who we are, you know we are not going to just stop there, right? Of course, we have made it even yummier than what you are already drooling over.

Our Spam Fried Rice, as we have said, is made with rice and spam, but also, we made it more filling by adding carrots, eggs, mushroom, corn, green peas, plus onions and garlic, of course. Truly a dish that would and could sustain us as we do everything we need to do for the day. We love having this for the morning because not only is it satisfying but also it is a great play on our leftover rice from last night; but do know that this dish is perfect for whenever!
