Have we ever told you we love breakfast? We believe so, because it is the truth and we are not even going to deny it! Breakfast is such a reward for making it through the night – if that even make sense. Anyway, not that we see night time threatening because heaven knows how much we are suckers of a good night’s sleep too, but breakfast is a whole different topic we are glad not only to talk about, but to actually take part of.
As we get to stay at Subic Bay Yacht Club, explore what they have to offer and what more they are working on, attend their event that was Taste of the North: Food Fest, of course we are not to say no in experiencing their breakfast buffet which snatched our hearts easily.
It was easy to love as our breakfast buffet with Subic Bay Yacht Club as it has that three pinoy breakfast faves namely tapa, tocino, and longganisa! Alongside those options, they also prepped espada-daing, bacon, bangus, hotdog, fried rice, and plain rice to carb up our first meal for the day.
Those mains actually are the second section of their breakfast buffet, because first is their egg station wherein you will be seeing their cooks making up any egg dish of your liking. You could make yours extra yummy by adding ham, mushroom, white onions, red and green bell peppers, black olives, tomatoes, or tomato catsup.
After getting yourself some eggs, you could get some slurping action by grabbing a bowl of their noodles which you will be crafting your own by first choosing whether you want to have sotanghon or mami. Then, you could put chicken, beef, cabbage, calamansi, fried garlic, carrots, and spring onions into it.
And if you are feeling like you want something healthy and light, but is still satisfying, then don’t hesitate going to their salad bar which you could make your own with a bunch of veggies and meats, ranch, balsamic vinaigrette, mayonnaise, and Caesar dressing.
They, too, have a bunch of assorted breads for you to have a carbed up brekky. Make your bread experience even lovelier by spreading some butter, chocolate, peanut butter, jams, and whatnot. Beside the breads, you could also opt for pancakes or waffles and drizzle some good ole maple syrup or honey!
Congee and cereals were available, too, and we are to lie if we say we didn’t get ourselves a bowl or two of those as well.
To help you gulp all this down, they have pineapple juice, teas, water, coffee, and milk for you to drink down, so when you get to finally stay at Subic Bay Yacht Club, be sure to at least try to wake up early and get ready for a wonderful breakfast.
