SM has done it again and we know you are all excited for it. Recently, we had the chance to check out what flavors at the newly launched and opened Parkway at SM Fairview we could indulge ourselves in and we could say, everything is a must-try!

The Taste Series at the Parkway filled us with tasty nomnoms that are fresh from preparation down to its lovely presentation. With Blake’s Wings & Steaks, Gringo, Frankie’s, Tex-Mex, Kumori, and Pretzelmaker, we surely were stuffed with yum goodies our palate loved and our mind can’t and won’t be able to forget.

From Blake’s Wings & Steaks we had a load of their Wicked Wings which are battered, deep fried, and seasoned with their signature sauces and spices, alongside dips; their Dibs on Ribs which are fall off the bone ribs, rubbed with unique savory spices, and their own tasty hickory BBQ sauce; and their Java Rice which is savory fried rice, cooked with pork and annatto oil.

After that, we headed onto Gringo for their Nacho Grande which may be messy and manly, but surely, muy delicioso, as well as their Roast Chicken Original which is their baked chicken recipe that is lemony, herby, and flavorful.

Next to that is no other than your favorite supplier of your chicken fix that is one of the many homes of the oh so yummy New York Buffalo Chicken, Frankie’s. We got to try a bunch of their wings that came in different flavors which are Classic Buffalo, Salted Egg, Garlic Parmesan, and Hickory BBQ!

With chicken, add some burger and burritos and you are down with Tex-Mex which highlights not only Texan flavors, but also the wonderful Mexican cuisine in which we got to have some of their signature dishes just like their Mex Pollo, their Grande Burger with Tex-Mex BBQ Fries, their Burrito, their Tacos, their Chili Bombs, their Tomato Bean Soup, their Pasta Mexicana, and their Pollo Pops.

From delectable spices and savories, our palate traveled next to the yummy and sumptuous land of Japanese pastries – thanks to Kumori! We really had a delightful cheesy time with their Fuwari Cheese Cup, their Signature Cheese Tart, and their Premium Cheese Loaf. Besides that, we also adored their Melon Pan, their Egg Loaf, and of course, their drool-worthy Egg Loaf Cheesy Sausage Roll!

Having a taste of luscious pastries, of course our taste buds started to crave for more which was not a problem at all because our savior that comes alongside freshness with a twist was there, the Pretzelmaker. Their Mini Duo which is a pair of their Mini Almond Crunch Pretzel and Mini Cinnamon Sugar Pretzel; their Slated Bites and their Cream Cheese Stuffed Bites, together with their Mini Pretzel Dogs/Pretzel Dog are just downright lip smacking good.

Not only did we have the first dibs on these great flavor finds at the Parkway, but also we got to take pleasure in every bite with Celebrity Chef Gerick Manalo while we were being serenaded with a live acoustic performance by two lovely musicians, Leanne and Naara!

Truly, #TasteSeriesAtTheParkway was such a great food aventure that we totally enjoyed and these dining concepts are just really amazing which makes this another reason for you to say, “#ILoveSMFairview”!
