One of our go-to food playgrounds is now offering some really good lunch deals and we can’t wait to share it with you, guys, so here they are! The Common Good is I’M Hotel’s restaurant and it is known for serving one of the most diverse, most grand buffet as it covers not only Filipino cuisine, but also international ones, so tourists really get a taste of their home while staying and touring around our homeland.
Anyway, that being said, it is not a secret that The Common Good also has a bunch of ala carte dishes that you can order when you are not so much in the mood for big food. Recently, they have launched their Best Value Set Lunch Menu and we are absolutely living for it!
As mentioned, The Common Good offers a spread of different cuisines around the globe, so expect that their lunch meals are a mix of some cuisines that are very familiar to the Filipino palate. Starting with a dish from their Japanese / Korean Treats, the Beef with Kimchi Fried Rice (Php 320) is a chef’s recommendation and a bestseller. This one is a plate of housemade tapa, served with roasted pumpkin soup and houseblend iced tea.

From a taste of Asia, let’s fly to the other side of the globe and try out two of their Western Delights such as their Tomato Basil Pasta with Rosemary Grilled Chicken (Php 400) which is a chef’s recommendation, too, and comes with roasted pumpkin soup and houseblend iced tea; as well as their Mango Tandoori Pizza (Php 310) which is another chef’s recommendation, highlighting a blend of sweetness and curry, served with roasted pumpkin soup and houseblend iced tea.

Enjoying some western goodies, let’s fly back to our hometown and delight on some good ole Filipino / Asia Favorites like their Grilled Porkchop with Rice (Php 280) and Chicken Inasal with Rice (Php 330) which is a chef’s recommendation, also! Truly, both are delicious comfort food of Pinoys that you would regret not having, so make sure to sink your teeth into these.
This Best Value Set Lunch Menu of the Common Good comes with free coffee or iced tea. Add Php 70 and you will be able to enjoy each plate with unlimited soup which for today, their yummy roasted pumpkin soup was the one available.

And if you are craving for some sweets, go the extra mile and add Php 180 for unlimited soup alongside a Trio of Desserts which we gorged on! Their desserts depend on what is available as well and so what we had were their Mango Opera, their Raspberry Brownie, and their Nutella Cheesecake! Absolutely, a nice, lovely ender for our afternoon.
This offering of The Common Good runs from 11AM to 4PM so you have ample time to take pleasure in each and every bite during your lunch time every day. The Common good is also targeting to play up this menu of theirs quarterly, so expect a different set of delectables from time to time – just like this teaser dish of theirs that the Chef gladly served us: Laksa.
