Hong Kong-Style Roasts are understandably tempting and mouthwatering! Although they have let go their store in Shaw, we got really happy for them because that bittersweet news came with the good news that Wu’s Kitchen has now transferred to Estancia Mall. The thought of not being able to dig into the luscious dishes that Wu’s Kitchen are offering is like a punch in the gut that we just don’t think we could take.
Anyway, good thing that is not the case, because their Estancia store is such a beaut. We particularly love how comfortable and spacious it is, almost as if we got a sense of clarity and openness upon entering their premises. Indeed, Wu’s Kitchen is thriving and we are here for it!
Their Hong Kong Roasts truly are the star when you dine with them. They have Charsiu with Hoisin Sauce, Lechon Macau with Lechon Macau Sauce, and Premium Roast Duck with Plum Sauce. If you are more of a chicken person though, they also have Soy Chicken with Ginger Sauce, White Chicken with Ginger Sauce, and HK Fried Soy Chicken with Ketchup. All these you can enjoy as is or with rice, braised noodles, noodle soup, or congee.
You can also have two of their well-loved Hong Kong Roasts in one go. You can pair Charsiu with Lechon Macau, Charsiu with Duck, or Lechon Macau with Premium Duck. In fact, you can even just go for all three which are Charsiu, Lechon Macau, and Premium Duck altogether. It’s a feast of Hong Kong roasts, no doubt!
Aside from their Hong Kong Roasts, Wu’s Kitchen also takes pride in their Noodle Soups and Congees. Their Wanton with Noodle Soup, Charsiu Wanton with Noodle Soup, Shrimp Dumpling Noodle Soup, Beef & Wanton Noodle Soup, and Seafood Noodle Soup are just some of the hearty bowls of warmth and goodness that you can sip and slurp on.
Meanwhile, their Plain Congee, Pork Century Egg Congee, Seafood Congee, and Wu’s Supreme Congee are just a few of their congee options up for grabs. Each of these are definitely flavorful and oh-so-filling.
