People go big for breakfast and lunch, while other skip dinner and just go for bed right away. Well, take us out on that sample as we also go big with our dinner especially when we are out and about because we want to end our day with satiated palates and no doubt happy tummies!

Twin Lakes Hotel Tagaytay promises a magnificent stay with their guests and part of that is serving tasty goodies that would lift the heaviness off of their shoulders, and so their Twin Lakes Café has been a witness to a lot of frowning faces turning into smiling ones as people start to dig into their chosen delectables.
Going for a vegetable dish and a noodle dish is totally not the wrong way to go so order your table their Chopseuy (Php 450) which is of sautéed mixed vegetables in light sauce and their Pancit Canton / Bihon (Php 395) which is of sautéed rice or dried egg noodles with meat and vegetables.
Tagaytay and Batangas are tight friends so do not miss out on their offering of Batangas Specialty dishes as well such as their Bulalo (Php 650) which is a light-colored soup with beef shank and bone marrow, corn on a cob, Chinese cabbage, onion, and fish sauce; their Kalderetang Baka (Php 650) which is beef meat stewed in tomato sauce, onion, garlic, potato, carrot, bell peppers, cheese, herbs, and spices; and their Pocherong Baboy (Php 550) which is pork belly braised in tomatoes, banana, chorizo, pechay, white cabbage, and garbanzo beans.
Having a taste of homey dishes might get you craving for more, so do not cry if you want more because Twin Lakes Café also has Filipino All Time Favorites like Sinigang na Baboy (Php 450) which is simmered in your choice of fresh tamarind, miso paste, or guava and has different variants like shrimp, beef, salmon, and bangus belly; Kare Kareng Baka (Php 650) which is of stewed oxtail, oxtripe in peanut sauce with fried eggplant, steamed native pechay, banana heart, and string beans; and Boneless Crispy Pata (Php 795) which is braised boneless pork knuckle deep fried into golden brown and served with finadine sauce.
After having that feast of a dinner, shying away is not the way to go, especially when their Cakes & Pastries are totally to die for! Devour their Flavored Cheesecake (Php 295) that can be filled with your choice of strawberry or blueberry and their Tablea Cake (Php 295) which is such a chocolate gift from the skies above.
With that, our dinner with Twin Lakes Cafe of Twin Lakes Hotel Tagaytay is truly a wonder we would always enjoy reminiscing – and maybe even drooling – about, so make sure to dine with them when you get to book your upcoming vacation with them too!
