Pampanga is surely a cauldron of good food and good times—this was further established by U-R.A.C.K BAR-B-Q & Wings, where, apparently, good food and happy memories collide. Indeed, our meal with U-R.A.C.K BAR-B-Q & Wings was something notable and unforgettable because not only did we get to indulge in a number of sumptuous dishes, but also, we were pampered by their whole team as they really tended to our needs and requests with warmth, understanding, and patience.

Currently, U-R.A.C.K BAR-B-Q & Wings has two well-loved branches in Pampanga, and their San Fernando Branch is where we got to dine in. Undeniably, we adored the look and feel of the whole place. Its clean and sleek aesthetic added to its handsome charm, and its seating option is comfortable and cozy as well.

For the food, U-R.A.C.K. Bar-B-Q&Wings is offering a delicious line of almost everything! They have wings, pizza, pastas, and burgers. They also don’t focus on one cuisine as their menu includes dishes of Filipino classics, Western favorites, and even Tex-Mex flare.

Speaking of which, we started our U-R.A.C.K. Bar-B-Q&Wings foodventure with their U-RACK’s Signature Sisig Nachos (Php 325) which is a generous bowl of nacho chips topped with original classic sisig, jalapeño, black olives, peppers, onions, sour cream, and cheese sauce. This also comes with a side of Mexican-style salsa, so if you want a flavor-bomb dish to start with, then this is it!

Next we had their Crockpot Pork Barbacoa (Php 195) which is slow-cooked pulled pork barbacoa seasoned with different spices all wrapped in a warm tortilla, then topped with shredded red cabbage, jalapeño, and cucumber salsa. Every bite is just as tasty as the last one!

We followed those with two yummies that really got us handsy. First was their 3-Cheese Mushroom Burger (Php 360) that is of homemade brioche bun sandwiching pure beef patty that was grilled to perfection, then topped with grilled onions, sauteed mushroom, melted American Cheddar Cheese, homemade cheese sauce, and mozzarella cheese. This one sure is a meaty and cheesy party!

The other dish that got us handsy was their Rolled Pizza which is actually a dish they will soon release as this one is still under R&D. This is a thin crust pizza topped with pizza sauce and pesto sauce, cheese, baby tomatoes, arugula, olives, onion, and bean sprouts. This is delicious and so fun to eat!

After that, we then proceeded to dig into their Chef A’s Whole Chicken Peri (Php 795) that comes with aioli sauce and peri garlic sauce, as well as a side of buttered baby potatoes, bacon, onion, and mushroom. No wonder this one is a bestseller—it’s just so good!

We also had the time of our lives with their crowd favorite Crispy Pork Binagoongan (Php 920). This one is wonderful to share with friends and family, especially paired with their signature dirty rice. Believe us, you are going to be loving this up in no time!

Aside from those, we also did not miss out on U-R.A.C.K. Bar-B-Q&Wings’ signature dish which is their U-RACK’s Fall-off-the-bone BBQ Ribs (Php 510)! This is a massive and scrumptious serving of cajun-style tender smoked baby back ribs, basted in U-RACK bbq sauce, and served with our homemade coleslaw!

Of course, we also called dibs on their USDA Slow Roasted Beef Belly in Truffle Gravy (Php 510). This plate of tender beef belly slices with truffle mashed potato, green beans, cherry tomatoes, mushroom, and creamy truffle gravy was one of the stars in our table, to be honest!

To tie all that nicely, U-R.A.C.K. Bar-B-Q&Wings also served us their lovely and delectable Sticky Mango Sunrise (Php 195). This is a plate of stuffed sticky rice cakes rolled in desiccated coconut and then topped with coco sugar.

Lastly, we paired and downed all those with the yummy help of their Healthy Smoothies. Their Sunburst (Php 135) is a refreshing mix of orange, carrots, and lemon; while their Mean Green (Php 135) is a revitalizing concoction of parsley, spinach, and green apple.

U-R.A.C.K. Bar-B-Q&Wings is absolutely a must-try! We hands down enjoyed each and every dish we had with them. To know more about U-R.A.C.K. Bar-B-Q&Wings, do check out their Facebook and Instagram.
