We found this new go-to modern Japanese café that surely has piqued the interests of people who have seen it and even the ones that haven’t seen it until now. Yuki Flavors of Hokkaido is a modern Japanese café that is simple, classy, and refreshing. Yuki Café is the kind of place that would lift your down spirit and you know it!

Recently opened just this past mid-August, Yuki Café really has a lot to offer when it comes to savories like pastas, entrees, and even rice bowls. However, as much as we loved their savories, their sweets are really wow-worthy as each won’t hurt your throat with sweetness because it has that right embrace of delight to it that you might even be getting another round of.
1. Waffles

Let’s start with their waffles. Now, Yuki Café has different waffle variants, but here we will be highlighting their trademark Waffle variant called Taiyaki (Php 160). Served in a basket filled with two pieces of fish-shaped waffles with your choice of filling: Azuki, Nutella, and Cheese – mix of cream cheese, parmesan, and cheddar; this one also comes with cream, fruit cup, and mini crème brulee.
2. Liege Waffles
As we have mentioned, Yuki Café has a bunch of waffles for you to try, so here is another. Their Leige Waffles are of two pieces of yeast-based waffles that are similar to bread dough. This one is made crispy with pearl sugar and comes in a variance of flavors: Matcha Azuki, Banana Nutella, Choco Strawberry, Mango Delce de Leche, Fruits and Cheese, Simple Maple Syrup and Butter. What we got to try are the Matcha Azuki (Php 240) and the Banana Nutella (Php 240).
3. Crepe
Of course, it’s not just waffles that Yuki Café is offering as a sweet treat, because they also got some yummy crepe. This one actually has two categories which are the Savory Crepe and the Sweet Crepe. Of course, we are to talk about the Sweet Crepe here, because that’s what we got to indulge in. Served with cream, fruit cup, and mini crème brulee; their Sweet Crepe comes with a variety of fillings: Matcha Azuki, Banana Nutella, Choco Strawberry, Mango Dulce de Leche, and Fruits and Cheese. What we specifically got to try here was their Mango Delce de Leche Crepe (Php 240).
4. Desserts

Finally, for a really banging sweet ender, you should not miss out on Yuki Café’s desserts. Their Japanese Cheesecake (Php 120) is luscious in every mouthful as it is also served with whipped cream and a fruit cup. Their Chocolate Lava Cake (Php 220) is a heaven on earth that is oozing with a delectable surprise and is served with vanilla ice cream!
Last, but def not the least, is their Japanese Pancake (Php 240) which is a plate of soft and fluffy pancakes served with maple syrup, whipped butter, and fruit cup. This one is made fresh to order, so it takes 30 minutes to serve but they guarantee it’s worth the wait!
Truly, Yuki Café knows how to start your meal time and how to cap it off with a sweet kiss as well, so better try dining with them when you get the chance, because even though they are fairly new, you have a lot of options to check out already.
You can also go pair your sweets with some hug in a mug like their Latte (Hot Php 130 | Iced Php 140) that would give you a smooth, creamy feel or their Long Black (Hot Php 110 | Iced Php 120) if you prefer your coffee straightforward and strong.
