Located on the 3rd floor of Anma Spa in Adriatico St., Malate, Lost and Found 37 is undeniably a gem as it opens from 11AM to 8PM, serving international cuisine and is known for their Wagyu Butler Steak as well as their Lost and Found Sandwich.
If you are wondering why do they have the number 37 on their name, then hold onto your seats, because we are about to tell you. The number 37 represents the age of the owners when it opened — a group of friends who love Malate for its night life and wanted to give the crowd of Malate an option for a unique and cozy bar in the area.
In regards to conceptualizing their menu, they have collaborated with a Chef that specializes in International Cuisine. The Chef is also the heart and the brain behind their signature item, the Lost and Found Sandwich. The Lost and Found 37’s pastries and desserts are the Chef’s creations, too.
With that, ease your way into their delectable-filled menu by starting with their Grilled Chicken Caesar Salad or a few of their Bar Chows such as Arancini Arrabbiata and Fritto Misto Di Mare which is of shrimp, mussel, squid, salmon, or tuna.
However, if you are dining in a group or maybe you just have a huge appetite, their Grilled Pizza Remedios, which has fresh anchovies, is the perfect go-to!
After teasing yourself with those yummies, you are now then ready to devour some of their mains! Their Wagyu Butler’s Steak, which has homemade Herb Jus sauce, as well as their Smoked Chicken Pimenton, which is of Herbed Chicken are both wonderful hefty plates!
And if you want something smokin’ and hearty to sink your teeth in, their Grilled Pork Shoulder and their Grilled Baby Back Ribs are the ones you should call dibs on.
And of course, since you already had one of their bestsellers, you sure shouldn’t say pass on their signature dish that we have mentioned, which is their Lost and Found Sandwich! This one is of grilled chicken marinated in gaujugang mayo and comes with apple slaw as well as steak cut fries.
After munching on all those savories, it’s time to wrap this up with a sweet ender! Their Molten Chocolate Cake is a must-try, no doubt; but their Gorgonzola Dolce and Gianduja Cheesecake which is of gorgonzola blue cheese and Italian sauce, as well as their Kaya Bread and Butter Pudding which is made with Kaya Jam are treats you should not miss out on, too!
All those yummies sure will be even better when you have a drink in hand. Good thing Lost and Found 37 also hired a consultant mixologist for their cocktails which is a mix of both classic and signature ones. Not only do they offer cocktails for you delight in, they also have a wide range of wines and other alcoholic beverages such as Hwayo, a premium Soju. Soon, they’ll have a coffee menu, too, so watch out for that if you want a really good wake-upper!
Lost and Found 37 really will wow you, not only in regards to their food and drinks, but also with the feel and ambiance they will have you wrapped with and hooked in no time! Their service and bar are excellent, too! And have we told you about their smoking area? Oh, man, you are to adore them for this even more if you are one to smoke! The only challenge here is the parking space, but do know that they have 5 slots reserved near Cowboy Grill, so still, hooray!
