After having the most fun we have had in weeks, Pico Sands Hotel prepared a lovely dinner for us by the beach. Hosted by their Reef Bar, we truly enjoyed our last meal for the day as it was starred by Mexican dishes oozing with slapping flavors!

To freshen us up, they first served us a few of their bestselling fruit shakes. Their Watermelon, Guava, and Ripe Mango Shakes had us feeling revitalized even with just a sip!

Alongside those drinks, Reef Bar also served us their Nachos (Php 420) as an appetizer. This is a serving of crispy tortilla chips loaded with spicy minced beef ragout, sour cream, and pico de gallo.

As we wanted more, we then reached for two of their Tacos. Their Al Pastor Taco (Php 520) is a pineapple-achiote flavored pork in soft tortilla with pico de gallo and sour cream; while their Vegetarian Taco (Php 320) is grilled vegetable and shredded lettuce in soft tortilla with pico de gallo and cilantro paste.

Even with their delicious tacos, our tummies just wanted something heavier so we also grabbed three of their burritos. We first had two of their classic ones which are their Beef Tapa Burrito and Chicken Inasal Burrito.

Then we followed that with their Naked Beef Tapa Burrito which is basically a deconstructed version of their wrapped burrito. Their Naked Beef Tapa Burrito is a plate of fried tortilla chips, Spanish rice, crispy lettuce, corn, jalapeño, grated cheddar, sauteed onion and bell pepper, tender kidney beans, pico de gallo, and sour cream.
Obviously, Reef Bar’s Burritos really gave us exactly what we wanted and more. However, their Country Style Barbecue Chicken Quesadilla and Margherita Pizza were just so irresistible as well!

Their Country Style Barbecue Chicken Quesadilla (Php 420) is a satisfying serving of soft tortilla with chopped spicy shrimp, bell pepper, onion, chihuahua sauce, pico de gallo, and sour cream; while their Margherita Pizza (Php 480) is a lovely pizza dish made flavorful with tomato, basil, and mozzarella.

As our dinner with Reef Bar was about to end, they then placed their Banana Empanada (Php 240) on our table. This is a plate of banana-filled mini pastries topped with delectable vanilla ice cream, and then dusted with cinnamon.

Indeed, our dinner with Pico Sands Hotel’s Reef Bar was exquisite and decadent. We loved how each dish was such a flavor-bomb of its own! Drool over their other offerings by checking out Reef Bar on Pico Sands Hotel’s Facebook, Instagram, and Website.
