You sure will enjoy your time at Bai Hotel’s Twilight Roofdeck as you take in the stunning 360-view of the skyline of both Mandaue, Cebu as well as Lapu-Lapu. Twilight Roofdeck promises for you to be able to take refuge in their familiar bar faves and signature cocktails just like we did.

Wait up, though, before we dig into their nomnoms and let ourselves go wild with the crowd, just  take a minute and chill for a while because the view up at Twilight Roofdeck is really wonderful. Anyway, to start, we wanted fill our tummies first because why not, right? We started with their Cheeseburger which really is of a thick and meaty patty sandwiched, of course, between two burger buns, and some fries on the side.

Next to that we had their Palabok which is actually served with crispy noodles that looked like it emerged straight out of the bowl. To eat this creatively presented dish, you have to pour down its palabok sauce onto it and have it drenched with it, mix it, and then, finally, devour it.

For a classic turn to this night’s event, their Crispy Pata is a hefty plate of pork knuckles you really should not miss out on as this one is really crispy and tender in every bite you will be taking.

Another Pinoy classic that we got to try here was their Pork Sisig which is such a great pair to the lovely drinks we had, too, especially as this one really is a great-tasting pulutan, right?

Speaking of drinks, Twilight Roofdeck really makes fun and colorful drinks that will give you not only a good time, but a great one! Their Mai Tai will remind you a memorable moment at the beach with your friends so every sip is like a tropical dream.

Meanwhile, if you ever wonder how a cross over between a beer and a cocktail would go, then their Beergarita is the way to go! This one is the perfect drink to the perfect view that is in front of you, so make sure you get to try this one, too. 

True to its promise, Twilight Roofdeck is the perf place to feel free and just let the heaviness on your shoulders be blown away by the night breeze. With a delectable food offering and a drinks menu that would wow you, you certainly will have yourself signed up more!
