Avocado Jelly Sago Recipe

Our Avocado Jelly Sago is a quick and easy recipe that basically is all about combining all ingredients in a huge bowl, chilling it, and then enjoying it. Believe us, it is that easy! Made with  gelatin, sago, nata de coco, cheese, sugar, cream, condensed milk, water, and of course, Avocado, you better be ready for a texture-filled ride that is apparently not only sweet and milky, but also creamy and cheesy! Indeed, our Avocado Jelly Sago is perfect as a midday snack or as a meal ender. It’s also great for when you want something fun and pleasant to either start or end your day with.

Ingredients for Cooking Sago:
 1 liter of water
 2 cups sago
Ingredients for Making Gelatin:
 25 g gulaman powder
 4 cups water
Other Ingredients for Making Avocado Jelly Sago:
 500 ml all-purpose cream
 300 ml condensed milk
 340 g nata de coco
 2 kg avocado
  cup white sugar
 1 cup cheese
 vanilla extract (to taste)

Directions for Cooking Sago:

In a pot, place uncooked sago, then add water.

Cook until sago pearls are translucent. Set them aside once cooked.

Directions for Making Gelatin:

In a pot, add green gelatin powder, sugar, and water. Stir continuously. Bring it to a boil.

Once it boils and mixture completely dissolves, remove from heat.

Pour gelatin in a baking dish. Let it set for a while.

Directions for Making Avocado Jelly Sago:

Slice cheese into cubes. Set aside.

Open avocados in half and then remove the pit. Scoop the flesh then slice them into small cubes. Set them aside.

Allocate 1 to 2 avocados and then mash them. Set aside.

Slice gelatin into gulaman cubes. Set them aside.

In a huge bowl, pour all-purpose cream, then add condensed milk, and vanilla extract. Mix.

Add mashed avocado. Mix.

Add gulaman cubes, cooked sago pearls, nata de coco, cheese cubes, and avocado cubes. Mix well.

Cover with a cling wrap and then let it chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours.

Once ready, transfer Avocado Jelly Sago into small bowls or glasses.
