In a pot, place uncooked sago, then add water.
Cook until sago pearls are translucent. Set them aside once cooked.
In a pot, add green gelatin powder, sugar, and water. Stir continuously. Bring it to a boil.
Once it boils and mixture completely dissolves, remove from heat.
Pour gelatin in a baking dish. Let it set for a while.
Slice cheese into cubes. Set aside.
Open avocados in half and then remove the pit. Scoop the flesh then slice them into small cubes. Set them aside.
Allocate 1 to 2 avocados and then mash them. Set aside.
Slice gelatin into gulaman cubes. Set them aside.
In a huge bowl, pour all-purpose cream, then add condensed milk, and vanilla extract. Mix.
Add mashed avocado. Mix.
Add gulaman cubes, cooked sago pearls, nata de coco, cheese cubes, and avocado cubes. Mix well.
Cover with a cling wrap and then let it chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
Once ready, transfer Avocado Jelly Sago into small bowls or glasses.
